Affordable Terms for Marketing Presentations

All sessions require phone line access to the Internet. Fast Internet connections are always nice if they are available in the facility. Please assume you need to provide a phone line or Internet connection for our presentation.
LCD Projector and screen. The LCD projector plugs into our laptop and allows us to give the presentation. Obviously it is very important! Big or bright rooms will require a higher-quality LCD projector. Please assume you need to provide a suitable LCD projector for our presentation. Please note: We are able to provide an LCD projector for smaller shows.
A tech person available/on call a minimum 60 minutes before our speaking time. Typical technical snafus: LCD projector adjustments, fast Internet setup, or dial-tones at phone-jacks.
We like to be scheduled earlier in the show, rather than at the end. We usually spend a lot of one-on-one time with presentation attendees helping them with their own websites. Attendees appreciate being given this time. We appreciate any accommodations that can be made.
We charge $1,500 + travel expenses (air and car-rental) for presenting twice during a conference event. We usually stay for the duration of your conference event and expect full conference access and inclusion in all meals and social events.
We usually get a vendor’s booth and pay for that ourselves.
