Our Premium Spam, Virus and Spooling services provides our clients with a secure “username” and “password” to view these quarantined emails before they can do damage to your local computer.
You have the ability to set your preferences to block out all offensive material or portions thereof. Unlike the basic spam and virus protection offered in our Standard Hosting Plan, this premium service spools all of your emails and stores them if there is a problem with the primary e-mail server, and also has an enhanced algorithm for filtering the e-mails and provides more detailed reports. You will receive this feature as part of our Enhanced or Enterprise Hosting Plans only. If you need to purchase additional accounts they are $96 per year for 6 additional accounts.
