Web Site Hosting Policies

Web site hosting begins the day we set up a spot for you on our servers in the form of a preview page. If you take 30 days to “approve” your imported web site, or if you are having your site re-designed, those days are still included in your hosting.
With certain Blizzard Hosting products (such as Blizzard Hosting, Blizzard Tracker and Blizzard Email) Blizzard Internet requires a small, unobtrusive link back to the appropriate web site be placed on your web site.
We help new customers get their email setup and working at no additional cost.
We give clients their e-mail account information (server name, user name and password), and will fix any problems which originate on our end. Any additional support (for e-mail issues not originating with Blizzard) will be billed as Hosting Consultation time. While we are happy to walk you through resolving issues on your computer and/or to contact your ISP, we need to charge you for this time.
We reserve the right to apply a surcharge if you want us to teach you how to make the updates or how to FTP. We are available to help, and often do, but reserve the right to charge for our time. We do not support all FTP or HTML editing software and provide limited support for the Mac OS.
You may contact us if you experience any problems. We will diagnose the situation, solve any issue on our end, and try to offer suggestions if the problem lies elsewhere.

Refunds:

Hosting refunds will be provided on a pro-rated basis.
If a client doesn’t pay their bills or closes their inn, Blizzard will take their homepage down. Blizzard reserves the right to keep the domain name working and forward it to another web site (usually the state B&B association, a city association, or a list of local B&Bs) where the guest can find other accommodations. It is the client’s responsibility to notify us, in writing, if they want us to handle their “down” web site in a different way.
