The town of Dresden near Zanesville, OH, is an interesting area with a lot of things to do and places to go. An exciting place to go is The Wild, a wildlife refuge on reclaimed mining land that supports animal species from Africa, Asia, and North America. You won't find any cages there - the animals are allowed to roam freely. We are also very close to Dawes Auboretum for plant lovers, the famous basket makers at Longaberger Company, Roscoe Village, and Holmes County Amish Country. Come and enjoy golfing at Eagle Sticks Golf Club which is Ohio's famous public golf course. Or do a tour to one of the many wineries in the area.
